Refund policy

Returns 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  This was not a small decision, and we have already had extensive communication regarding this purchase since it is a large ticket item and it carries significant shipping charges as well as a coordination of time.  Please DO NOT BUY if you are in ANY WAY uncertain of your purchase decision.  If your property is not suitable for dropping the container in your desired position then it will be dropped as close as possible and you will have to make arrangements to reposition it.  It will NOT be returned because you don't have room for it.  If that is the case you will have to sell it under your own means.  Keep in mind we DO sell WHEELS and Casters to facilitate moving the container around your property.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for ALL (delivery AND return) associated shipping charges as well as being present when the delivery driver arrives.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Keep in mind these are shipping containers and are expected to have minor dents and scrapes prior to us building them out.  These dents, scuffs and scratches are expected unless you have requested that they be repainted (for a fee).  


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any accessory items that have been modified or custom ordered in order to meet your custom buildout.  Any items that are damaged.


Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on any of our Faraday containers.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at faradaycontainers@gmail.com.  If not approved we will be contacting you immediately to discuss any options.
